Berlin Diary: Guerrilla Knitting and the Crochet Queen

Publicado el Agosto 2, 2011 por xhiller

Guerrilla Knitting, like Guerrilla Gardening, is a new fad that is catching on quickly. As one blogger put it: Guerrilla Knitting is stealing graffiti artists the show. This bridge improvement project was spotted in Berlin’s Görlitzer Park. It’s not just the color, it’s the texture. The impulse to touch it. And perhaps best of all, it’s really warming - a heartfelt expression in what at times seems to be a cold, hard world.

We love guerrilla knitting in the city. It's like finding a birthday present in the wild - just for you, just for your eyes, hands, heart.
