realeyz.tv is an online cinema, film magazine, and community rolled into one. You'll find uncompromising documentaries, independent fiction, and films that cut across categories and genres. The films are offered in the form of streams for viewing on your home computer screen. This service is also known as 'Video on Demand'. In the realeyz Community you can meet other film enthusiasts from all over the world with whom you can discuss movies and related topics - even in real time while you watch a film together on our Virtual Couch (via the chat function on our player). The realeyz Blog keeps you up to date with news from the world of independent film. The blog also takes an in-depth look at film topics and places them within a wider context. Blog contributors are those closest to the films and the subject matter and include the filmmakers themselves. realeyz.tv goes beyond the mainstream to offer everything the independent film world has to offer. We show uncompromising films by selected filmmakers that reflect the world as it evolves today, on both a grand and intimate scale. In other words, we offer films like you.⇑TOP⇑
1.2 What is Video On Demand? What is Streaming?
The term 'Video on Demand' (abbreviation 'VoD') describes a service that allows viewers to decide their own 'program'. Films stored on our server are ready and waiting to be viewed via streaming technology, any time of the day or night. On realeyz.tv, you decide what, and when, you watch. The word 'stream' means that video data is transferred from our server directly on to your computer screen. This takes place without the inconvenience of first having to download before you watch, which includes attendant time delays. Films can be watched immediately after the player is activated. It is even possible to fast forward or rewind to any part of the film. ⇑TOP⇑
1.3 How often can I watch a film after paying for it? Can I download and save realeyz.tv films?
After the payment process is complete, you can watch the film (in the version you have chosen) as often as you like within a 24 hour time period. You can check how much time is left in your 24 hour time period in the 'My Films' menu option. It is not possible to download and save the films you watch on realeyz.tv. The films are streamed directly from our server to your computer screen – which means there is no waiting for a film to download. After the realeyz player opens, you can immediately start the film. You can even jump to any place in the film if you like – just as if you are watching the film on a DVD.⇑TOP⇑

1.5 What kind of films can I find on the realeyz.tv portal?
realeyz.tv covers a wide spectrum of non-mainstream films. Our film catalog does not contain Hollywood productions, instead, we offer a diverse mix of films from the world of independents: uncompromising documentaries by dedicated filmmakers, independent feature films and films that cut across genres and categories. realeyz.tv is an umbrella platform for these types of film, a portal that highlights the social relevance and authenticity of independent film making, and unites selected independent film works under one roof. At realeyz.tv you can discover and watch films that you can't find in mainstream cinemas – films like you.⇑TOP⇑
1.6 Which film languages and subtitle languages are available on realeyz.tv?
We make a concerted effort to secure for each of our films as many language and subtitle versions as possible. Almost every film is offered in more than one version. As a rule we offer the film's original version, and a version or versions with subtitles in German, English, and a variety of other languages, including French, Spanish, and Polish. Additionally, subtitled versions make it possible for those with hearing impairment, for example, to enjoy our film catalog. 2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
2.1. Which web browsers does realeyz.tv support?
realeyz.tv supports all current browsers. Recommended browser versions are Internet Explorer in version 6 and higher, Firefox in version 3 and higher, Safari, and Konqueror. In addition to a browser, a current version of Flash Player is required to play films. You can download Flash Player here http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/. 2.2 I'm a Mac or Linux user. Can I still use the realeyz.tv platform and stream films?
You can use Windows (XP and higher), Mac (only 10.4 and higher) or Linux - realeyz.tv supports all current internet browsers and systems independent of platform. ⇑TOP⇑
2.3 Do I need special software to stream the films?
No special software is required to watch films of realeyz.tv. All that is needed to watch at realeyz.tv is a current browser and an up to date version of Flash Player. The most recent version of Flash Player can be found here http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ ⇑TOP⇑
2.4 How fast does my internet connection speed have to be to stream films on realeyz.tv? Are there minimum requirements for my computer?
Because a relatively large volume of data is transferred from our server to your computer, we recommend an internet connection with a minimum download rate of 1 Mbit/sec. This allows the film to play without disruption and without loading delays. Such a speed is approximately equivalent to DSL 1000. We would like to point out that if your internet connection rate is volume-based, your internet provider may charge you additional fees if you go over your volume maximum. At realeyz.tv, we recommend members have an internet flat rate, so that you can keep your eyes on the film instead of the clock.⇑TOP⇑
To use all the functions at realeyz.tv, you should have 'cookies' activated (also cookies from third parties!) in your browser settings. And please activate JavaScript. If you have cookies activated and are still experiencing any problems, please contact an administrator support@realeyz.tv .⇑TOP⇑
3. REGISTERING AND MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
To rent and watch films at realeyz.tv, you must first register so that streaming fees can be charged to your account. Registration itself is free and entails no further obligations or commitments. Community features are available to registered members only. All registered realeyz.tv members receive community privileges such as participating in film discussions and responding to blog articles, communicating with other users or availing yourself of the large realeyz.tv film catalog, so that you can watch films alone or with others. ⇑TOP⇑
3.2 How do I register?
You can register here. Simply choose a user name and a password. To complete the registration process, confirm your email address using the link that will be mailed to you. The registration process is fast and simple, absolutely free, and without obligation. Registration brings with it many advantages in the blink of an eye and includes the full use of all realeyz.tv portal features.⇑TOP⇑
3.3 Which personal profile information is required when I register?
Registration is completely anonymous. You must simply supply a valid email address which must be confirmed. You and you alone decide what personal information you disclose on your profile. ⇑TOP⇑
3.4 Why has the name I've chosen for my profile been rejected?
There are a number of reasons why certain profile names cannot be used: 1. The name you have chosen is already being used by another member. 2. The name you have chosen is too long (must have between 5 and 9 characters) or contains invalid characters or symbols. 3. The name cannot be chosen due to system based restrictions (for example the name "Admin"). 4. The name is discriminating, glorifies violence, makes reference to a unconstitutional organization, or violates Protection of Youth Provisions. Should none of these reasons apply in your case, and you still cannot use your chosen name please contact on of our administrators here support@realeyz.tv. ⇑TOP⇑
3.5 Who can see my profile?
The information in your profile is visible to other community members only. Search machines cannot access profiles. ⇑TOP⇑
3.6 What does realeyz.tv do with my personal information?
We consider confidential use of personal information a top priority at realeyz.tv. Data will never be passed on to third parties unless required by law and then only according to data protection standards. Our privacy statement explains which data will be used for what purpose, how long it will be stored, and explains how you and you alone determine how your data will be used.⇑TOP⇑
3.7 My profile picture has been rejected by the system. What format should my picture have?
Your profile picture should be in the JPG format and not larger than 2 MB in size. During upload, the realeyz.tv system scales profile pictures to the required dimensions. The optimal dimensions are: 200 (high) x 200 (wide) pixels.⇑TOP⇑
3.8 Is it possible to change my user name or to synchronize? several user accounts?
It is not possible to change your user name, so choose it carefully. The platform system has no provisions for synchronizing several user accounts. Should you experience problems in managing your account, please contact one of our administrators by email directly: support@realeyz.tv. ⇑TOP⇑
3.9 How can I delete my profile?
To delete your realeyz.tv profile, go to the “Community” section and click on the tab “My Account”, here you will find an option for deleting your account. Should you delete your account by mistake, or should you wish to reinstate your profile for any reason, please contact one of our administrators directly by email at support@realeyz.tv .Deleted profiles can be reactivated up to a maximum of 4 days after deletion. ⇑TOP⇑
3.10 I enter my correct login information but the login doesn't work. What 's the problem?
To successfully login, make sure that “cookies” are activated in your browser settings. If you have already activated cookies and are still having problems logging in, please contact an administrator here support@realeyz.tv. ⇑TOP⇑
3.11 I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
If you forget your password, simply follow this link.Here you can type in the email address you used during registration and a new system-generated password will be emailed to you. If you want to restore your old password, or create a new password, first login with your temporary password, then go to the Community section and click on the “My Account” tab, there you can change your password.⇑TOP⇑
4.1 How much does watching a movie on realeyz.tv cost?
Prices for films of realeyz.tv vary between EUR 2.50 and EUR 3.75. From the moment payment has been processed, you can watch the film as often as you like within a 24 hour time period. In addition to the price of streaming, payment agencies charge their own processing fees. An overview of payment fees can be found here. ⇑TOP⇑
4.2 What payment options can I use on realeyz.tv?
At realeyz.tv we accept many of the current payment service companies. These agencies charge fees that must be added to the price of the film. The payment service options are:

5.1 How do I watch films on realeyz.tv?
If a film description or trailer on realeyz.tv has caught your interest and you want to watch the film, then start the payment process directly on the film detail page. To rent films on realeyz.tv, you have to be a registered member with an account. ⇑TOP⇑

On every film detail page you will find a button (located directly under the film information and credits) with the words “Watch Now!”. Before clicking on this button to start the rental process, you can decide who, if anyone, you want to share the film with on the Virtual Couch. b. Choosing film language
When you click on the “Play” button, the first thing that happens is an automatic system check that determines your streaming speed. In the next step, you will be asked to select the language or subtitle version you want to watch. Please note that once you have selected a language and subtitle version, it is not possible to change it. Language and subtitle versions vary from film to film. We make every effort to offer as many language combinations as possible, but certain films may be available in one language only. To find out which languages are available, please see the film detail page. ⇑TOP⇑
c. Payment Options
After you select a language you can choose how you want to pay. A large assortment of payment options are available. For a listing of payment options and an explanation of additional fees charged by these payment services, please click here. You can also pay for films by using bonus points (which you earn by renting films, for example). You can learn about collecting bonus points here. ⇑TOP⇑
d. Confirming your selection and making payments
When you click the “Next” button, your language, subtitle, and payment method selection are confirmed. The actual payment process now starts for the payment option you have selected. You can learn how the various payment options work by clicking here.⇑TOP⇑
e. Watching a film
After payment is complete, you will automatically be redirected to the realeyz.tv "My Films" overview page. Here, in the “My Rented Films” section, you will see the film you have just ordered. If you have rented other films on realeyz.tv in the past, these will be visible under your current order. Use the "Play" button to start the film.
Please note: once you have successfully ordered and paid for the film, you have a 24 hour time period for watching the film as often as you like. Once the 24 hour time period has expired, the streaming license you have purchased also expires, and you will need to purchase another license should you wish to watch the film again. ⇑TOP⇑
5.2 I can't see the video image.
a. The pop-up window that the trailer or film is supposed to run in doesn't open. What's the problem?
The realeyz.tv player opens in what is known as a special 'pop-up window'. Check to see if your browser or firewall is blocking 'pop-ups' for realeyz.tv. If so, change the settings in your browser or firewall to allow for pop-ups. If your settings are correct, and the pop-up window still isn't working, please directly contact an administrator by email here support@realeyz.tv⇑TOP⇑
b. The pop-up window opens, but the player doesn't appear. What's the problem?
If the pop-up window opens but the player doesn't load, check if your version of Flash Player is up to date. You can check your version and download the newest version of Flash Player here http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/. If a current version of Flash Player is installed and correctly configured and the player still won't load, please contact an administrator directly per email here support@realeyz.tv. ⇑TOP⇑
c. The pop-up window opens, and the player appears, but I can't start the film. What's the problem?
If the pop-up window opens and the realeyz player loads but you the film doesn't start, check to see if your firewall is blocking data communication with our film server. If your settings are correctly configured and you still can't see the film, please directly contact an administrator per email at support@realeyz.tv. ⇑TOP⇑
5.3 I can't get the film to play in full-screen mode. What can I do?
The button that allows you to watch the film in full-screen mode is located in the lower right corner of the player. If the button doesn't work, check your version of Flash Player. It should be the newest version. To check your version of Flash Player or to download the newest version, follow this http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/. ⇑TOP⇑
5.4 I can't get the film to fast-forward. What's the problem?
At realeyz.tv, you can jump to any point in the film by moving the bar on the player's film time line indicator? If this doesn't work, then check to see if you are using a current version of Flash Player. To check your version of Flash Player, or to download the newest version, follow this link http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ ⇑TOP⇑
5.5 The subtitles aren't visible at all or are or displaying incorrectly. What can I do?
a. Subtitles cannot be seen in the full-screen mode. This is due to the display features in Flash Player. Check to see if the subtitles are visible in the regular window mode (normal view).
b. The subtitles can't be seen in full-screen mode or in the regular window mode (normal view). Try closing the player and repeating the play-back process. If this doesn't help, please report this error to our technical support (support@realeyz.tv), so that we can correct it as soon as possible. ⇑TOP⇑
5.6 Can I get my money back if I can't get a film that has been paid for to play?
Generally, we solve technical problems quickly. If it can be verified that the problem has to do with our servers, it is possible to receive credit in the form of bonus points for the amount paid. You can use the bonus points to reorder that or any other film in the realeyz.tv catalog. Please contact an administrator directly per email at support@realeyz.tv to clarify how your case can be dealt with.⇑TOP⇑
5.7 Can I change the language of a film once I have placed my order?
If the payment has gone through, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the language or subtitle version. Please make your language and subtitle versions carefully before you purchase. If you have made a mistake while selecting the language, please contact an administrator at support@realeyz.tv so that we can cancel the first booking. ⇑TOP⇑
Some films at realeyz.tv are not available worldwide and are licensed for viewing in certain countries only. Different films have different licensing agreements. The IP address of the computer you are using to watch on realeyz.tv determines whether or not a film will be viewable or, in some cases, blocked in your area. realeyz has other many other films that are viewable in your country. Restricted countries are listed in the "Credits" section on the film detail page.⇑TOP⇑
5.9 The film shakes during playback. Why does this happen and what can I do to stop it?
While a film is streaming, our servers transfer a relatively large volume of data onto your computer. To handle this data load, we recommend an internet connection with a download rate of at least 1 Mbit/sec. This allows the film to play smoothly and avoids loading delays. The automatic system check that takes place when ordering a film tell you if your internet connection is fast enough to watch online. Otherwise, you can check your streaming speed by looking for “settings” in the lower right hand in the toolbar. If your internet connection is slower than the recommended minimum speed, there may be delays during playback. In this case, we recommend that you pause the film briefly and wait a few seconds to allow a data buffer to load. Along with the speed of your internet connection, you should check your firewall settings to make sure that it is not hindering or blocking the realeyz.tv data flow. If your internet connection meets the minimum requirements and your firewall settings are correct and you are still experiencing problems playing a film. Please contact an administrator at support@realeyz.tv and we will attempt to help you solve this problem.⇑TOP⇑
6.1 What is the Virtual Couch?
The virtual couch is a place where you can watch films together with a friend and chat while the film is running. The chat window is located on the lower edge of the player frame and can be turned on and off. At this time, chatting is not possible when the film is watched in full-screen mode. To chat, the film player must be in normal window viewing mode. ⇑TOP⇑
To accept an invitation film date, the guest must be a registered realeyz.tv member. You can invite other community members to watch a film together on the Virtual Couch, or someone else can invite you. A maximum of two members can watch a film together on the Virtual Couch simultaneously, but it is possible for member to be anywhere in the world, even on different continents! The host or hostess should however make sure that film is available for viewing in both member countries. This information can be found on the Film Details page.⇑TOP⇑
6.2 Does it cost extra if two members watch a film together on the Virtual Couch?
The Virtual Couch is free – there are no extra costs for the person doing the inviting or the person accepting the invitation. ⇑TOP⇑
6.3 How many members can share the Virtual Couch at one time?
There is enough room on the Virtual Couch for a maximum of two members. You can offer a seat on the Virtual Couch to anyone on your realeyz.tv Friend's List – or you can make an open invitation to the community at large. Although you can ALWAYS invite someone to watch with you for free, there are only two available 'seats' on the Virtual Couch, so only one member – the one to accept an open invitation first – will get to watch the film with you.⇑TOP⇑
6.4 How can invite a friend to watch a film together on the Virtual Couch?
In the first step of renting a film, you can decide whether you want to watch the film alone or to share it with another member on the Virtual Couch. You can invite one of your friends or you can make an open invitation to the Community at large. If the latter is the case, then the first member to accept your invitation will be the one to watch the film with you. If you want to invite a certain person, the first step in the rental process allows you to select the option “I want to watch this film together with ...”. Here you choose the friend you would like invite on a film date. You can also offer the free seat on the Virtual Couch to the Community at large. If you decide on this option, then the invitation will be displayed to all Community's members. However only one free seat is available, which means that the first Community member to accept your invitation will join you on the Virtual Couch.⇑TOP⇑
6.5 What happens when I send out an invitation to watch together on the Virtual Couch?
If you invite a specific person or friend to watch a film together, they will receive a message in their realeyz.tv mailbox immediately after you have rented the film. As soon as your friend accepts the invitation, you will receive a confirmation message. You then know that your viewing partner will be waiting for you to start the film at the time you have specified.⇑TOP⇑
6.6 How can we be sure that both members on the Virtual Couch are seeing the same thing?
So that both members on the Virtual Couch can watch the film together at the same time, the host member decides on a start time when renting the film. This start time merely serves as an appointment reminder for both members. The film doesn't automatically start at the start time – the film starts when the host member presses the play button. While the film is running, the members are 'sitting' together on the Virtual Couch and can chat live about film scenes etc. that you are watching on your screens simultaneously.⇑TOP⇑
Unfortunately, this is not possible. An invitation for a film date is always bound to the start time decided upon by the host member at the time the film was rented. The host member must watch the film within a 24 hour time period after renting the film. The host can watch the film as often as he or she likes in that 24 hour time period. If you have just missed an invitation by just a short time, it is generally possible to ask your host to restart the film, as long as the 24 hour time period has not yet expired.
If you accept the invitation and the 24 hour time period has already expired, it is no longer possible the watch the film together for that invitation. Of course you are welcome to rent and watch the film on your own – alone, or together with a friend on your own Virtual Couch.⇑TOP⇑
6.8 How does chatting work on the Virtual Couch?
The chat function is integrated into the realeyz.tv film player. However, there is no provision for chatting in the full-screen mode. ⇑TOP⇑
6.9 I have been invited on a film date to watch for free and would like to start the film, but I get the message “Synchronizing with host. Just a moment, please.”, but the film doesn't start.
Please first close the player, and then restart it. If this doesn't correct the problem, contact your host member and ask him or her to close and restart their player, so that a the synchronization process can begin anew. If none of these suggestions works, please make a report to our technical support team at support@realeyz.tv so that we can correct the error as quickly as possible. The host member should also make a report so that we can test the error and reimburse the host for the price of film rental.⇑TOP⇑
7.1. What is the realeyz Community? What is there to do in the Community?
In the realeyz Community you can find film enthusiasts from around the world. Here you can discuss films and film topics by writing comments and posting in response to film and blog articles. You can send private messages to your friends in the Community and invite them to watch films together for free on the Virtual Couch. On the Couch you can discuss in real time what you're watching by using the live chat function in our player. Please read as well the Community Code so that you can acquaint yourself with the realeyz code of conduct. ⇑TOP⇑
7.2 How can I make friends in the Community?
The easiest way to make friends is to participate in Community life: write commentary and take part in discussions and you will meet other members. You can look at member profiles by clicking on member profile pictures. On a member's profile page you can ask a member if she or he wants to become your friend. Another way to make friends is to use our search machine: enter an item that interests you into the search form. For example a film title, a director, or something completely different, like the title of a song or book. The search machine instantly returns results listing all users who have the searched for item in their profiles – one more click and you will be looking at a member's profile. You can ask if members if they want to become your friend. ⇑TOP⇑
7.3 How can I add a friend or delete someone from my friends list?
You can do both by visiting the profile page of the member in question. Simply click on the link (under the avatar picture) for either a “friends request” or “remove from friends list” to manage your list of friends.⇑TOP⇑
7.4 How do I write a message to my friend?
To write a message to your friend, click on the letter/envelope symbol in the lower right hand edge of the member's avatar or go to that member's profile page and click the button “Contact” will the same letter/envelope symbol. In the Blog, for example, where there are no avatar images and only the name of member is displayed, then simply click on the member's name. You will be brought to that member's profile page. There, directly under the member's picture is a “Contact” button with a letter/enevlope symbol. Click there. ⇑TOP⇑
7.5 Where can I find messages sent to me and how do I manage my mailbox?
Regardless of where you are in the “Community” area, on the right hand side of the screen you can access the “My realeyz” menu. To get to your mailbox, go to the “My Messages”. There you can check your “Inbox” for any messages you may have received and your “Sent” for the messages you have written and mailed. This is also where an invitation for a film date can be found – in the “My Film Dates” folder. ⇑TOP⇑
7.6 What is the Shoutbox? Can I delete entries to my Shoutbox myself?
The Shoutbox is a kind of guest book on your profile page. Your friends and other Community members can post messages for you in the Shoutbox. Should a member leave an inappropriate message in your Shoutbox, report the post by clicking on the red triangle icon in the right hand margin next to the post. When the message window pops up, please type in your reasons as to why, in your opinion, the guest book message should be deleted. You can delete your own Shoutbox posts. 7.7 How can I report a bothersome member or inappropriate messages or posts?
If you are sure that a member has violated the Community Code in a post, be it a film commentary or a message in the Shoutbox, then you can report itt by clicking on the red triangular symbol next to that member's offending comment or post. A message window opens for you to explain briefly in your words why, in your opinion, the post is inappropriate and should be deleted, or why the user should be banned. If a “Friend” is harassing or annoying you with unwanted messages or posts, you can report the person. If the harassment or annoyance continues, you can remove that person from your friend's list. 8.1 What is the realeyz Blog? How does the Blog work?
The realeyz Blog is a self-contained web magazine on realeyz.tv. Here you'll find articles about individual films and filmmakers and articles that pick up on and explore the topics and issues dealt with in our film, placing them in a larger context. Sometimes a magazine article ties in thematically to a number of films that possibly, at first glance, don't appear to have much in common. The magazine points out these associations and cross references and provides you with further information. We also offer links to other web addresses for exploring specific topics on your own. The range of topics dealt with in the magazine reflects the guidelines relevant to our films: independent, instructive background information, new points of view.... ⇑TOP⇑
8.2 Who writes the realeyz Blog?
Blog writers come from a variety of fields and include people working for organizations committed to specific issues found in our films. Importantly, filmmakers themselves write articles for the magazine, placing their films in a wider context for the reader. ⇑TOP⇑

You can comment on a Blog article by clicking on the “leave a message” tag found directly under an article. ⇑TOP⇑

9.1 What is “My Lists” and how does it work? How can I see and navigate “My Lists”.
“I saw an interesting film... but now I can't remember the title”... The “My Lists” function solves this problem for you. “My Films” helps you to organize the large number of films on offer at realeyz.tv. If a film catches your attention but you can't watch it or investigate the topic at the moment, simply click on the “Remember This” button on a film's Detail Page. The film is then automatically saved to your personal film list. You can see it on your profile by going to “Community” then clicking on “My Films” in the “My realeyz” menu on the right hand margin of the screen. Anytime you are in the Community, the “My realeyz” menu is visible on the right hand margin of your screen. You can also reach your profile page and “My realeyz” menu by clicking on the “My realeyz” tag line in the login area. To delete a film title from your list, click on the small trash can icon at the lower left hand corner of the film picture in your “My Lists”. Incidentally, your “My Lists” is for your eyes only. It cannot be seen by other Community members or site visitors. On the other hand, your “Favorite Films” list is visible to all registered members. ⇑TOP⇑
9.2 Who can see what films are in my “My Favorite Films”? What is the difference between “My Lists” and “My Favorite Films”?
Your “My Favorite Films” lists, like your profile in general, can be seen by all registered community members. To get to the “My Favorite Films” feature, go to “Community” and you will see the “My realeyz” menu area on the right hand side of the screen. “My realeyz” is always visible on the right hand margin anytime you are in the Community, regardless of page. You can also reach your profile page and “My realeyz” by pressing on the “My realeyz” tag line in the login area. To add a film to your favorites, click on the “Favorite Film” button on every Film Detail page. If you want to keep a private list of films, use the “My Lists” feature. To delete a film from the “My Favorite Films” or from the “My Lists” feature, click on the small trashcan icon that is found on the lower left hand side of the film picture in your list. ⇑TOP⇑
9.3 How can I earn bonus points?
Every time you purchase a film at realeyz.tv, you earn bonus points (currently 20% of the film price is rewarded as bonus points). So with every purchase, your account earns points. When you have collected enough points, you can pay for a film using your bonus points awards. ⇑TOP⇑
9.4 How can I find out how many bonus points I already have?
You can find your current level of bonus points by going to “COMMUNITY” → “My Account Settings” → “Manage Bonus Points”. ⇑TOP⇑
9.5 A key code for bonus points has been sent to me by email. How can I activate this key?
We may, under certain circumstances, credit your account with bonus points (for example, you ordered a film that for technical reasons couldn't play back). Should this happen, we will send you a key code with your credit points by email. You can activate this key by going to "COMMUNITY" → "My Account Settings" → "Manage Bonus Points" and copying the key code into the "Activate Key" box.
